iQoo Z6 Lite 5G has reportedly been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The smartphone is expected to launch in India in the second week of September.
The iQoo Z6 series will be launched on August 25 in China. The upcoming handset from the house of iQoo is tipped to come powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC chipset coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and have UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The BIS listing has also indicated that the smartphone will come with the model number I2208. According to the listing, the smartphone is said to be launched soon in India.
As per the reports, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G is expected to be the rebranded version of Vivo T1x which was launched in July in India. The Vivo T1x features a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display. The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. The handset is backed by a 5000mAh battery with an 18W fast charging support.
Although Vivo T1X is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC chipset, the iQoo Z6 Lite 5G is said to be powered by a different SoC chipset coupled with 5G support. However, as of now, iQOO has not made any official announcement regarding the handsets’ features and launch date.
Recently, iQoo launched its latest flagship smartphone — the iQoo 9T– in India. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and features a full HD+ display. The handset runs Android 12 and comes with 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates. The smartphone comes in two variants– 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB –that are priced at Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999 respectively. The premium smartphone comes in two colour variants– Alpha and Legend.
